Disability Confident Committed

At Realm, we are committed to equality in the workplace. That’s why we’ve joined over 17,000 businesses and organisations and signed up to the government’s Disability Confident scheme.

As many as 8.1 million working-age people in the UK have a disability. The Disability Confident Scheme helps businesses to think differently about disability and supports employers to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to the workplace.

Realm is now a Disability Confident Committed employer which means that we are learning to improve how we attract, recruit and retain disabled staff. We have committed to:

  • Ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible

  • Communicating and promoting vacancies

  • Offering an interview to disabled people

  • Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required

  • Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long-term health condition, enabling them to stay in work

  • At least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people

If you have a disability and are interested in applying for one of our roles, we’ll support you throughout the recruitment process and work hard to ensure you have the additional support you require to enable you to make an application.

You can learn more about the Disability Confident Scheme by visiting its dedicated website.
