George Molyneux Buckley

George Molyneux Buckley

Associate Consultant

Construction, North West, Professional Indemnity, Property Damage, West Midlands, Yorkshire

Upon graduating with a First-Class Law degree and completing a LLM and the Legal Practice Course, I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) and spent over eight years in practice before I joined a national legal recruitment agency in 2019, where I headed up commercial insurance recruitment nationwide and placed qualified lawyers of all levels of experience into new roles.

Having worked for some of the leading national and international insurance practices, I have a very good understanding of the way in which my clients work, and I am delighted to be building on my successes in recruitment here at Realm, where, again, my focus is the property damage and professional indemnity markets as well as the construction sector.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?

Meticulous, measured and principled

What's your favourite thing about working at Realm?

The business' refreshing approach to legal recruitment, as it sits very well with the way in which I like to work with lawyers and clients.

How do you unwind after a busy day at work?

By trying to improve on my scratch golf handicap, hitting the gym or going for a drive.

What people say about George...

"From the outset and to the very end George was responsive and effective in exploring available roles, giving me useful information and was by far and away the most diligent recruiter I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I would highly recommend Realm to legal professionals looking for new opportunities."
