What can we offer? 

A great team

We’re a lovely, down-to-earth bunch of human beings who are committed to being the best at what we do. We’re not overly formal and, to us, the team is everything.

Amongst other things we dress down on Fridays, we have a monthly team social, and we also do our own annual awards, the ‘Realmies’.

We know where we’re going, we understand why we’re trying to get there, and we know how we’re going to do it. We truly believe in our values and live and breathe them every day.

Flexible working

Everyone works flexi-time, as we want every member of the team to have a life outside of work and we appreciate that no two people’s schedules are the same.

We are also quite happy to consider part-time and home-working, arrangements that existing team members already make use of.

When it comes to Christmas, we shut down and don’t open again until after New Year. This doesn’t come out of our team members’ holiday entitlement.

No pointless KPIs

Generic and hard KPIs are not what we are about. We believe that KPIs can help people to maintain personal discipline and keep their eye on the goal, but only if they are dynamic and tailored specifically to them. We don’t assess our team against their KPIs; we provide them to our staff to enable them to flourish.

Pay and incentives

As well as paying competitive salaries, we have a lucrative, uncapped commission scheme, which pays out monthly and quarterly.

We also offer incentivised extra annual leave, beers on a Friday, and a quarterly team outing.

Tools to succeed

For starters, we’ve a comprehensive internal induction and training programme that enables people to integrate into the team and business’ way of doing things as quickly as possible, so that they can hit the ground running.

Consultants have access to key job boards and plentiful advert allocation, as well as a LinkedIn Recruiter license and iPhone.

Our CRM system is cutting-edge and does a lot of the heavy lifting for our consultants, who also benefit from the support of our amazing Marketing, PR & Administration team.

We'll invest in you 

Team members are offered loads of self-development and networking opportunities via the groups that we’re part of, whether it be pro manchester, The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Women In The Law UK, or TEAM.

We’re partnered with an industry leading recruitment coach and training provider, whom comes into the business to work with team members at frequent intervals throughout the year.

We also like to try to recognise the progress of team members beyond the four walls of Realm HQ. Team members have been shortlisted for Made in Manchester Awards, Manchester Young Talent Awards, and Insider Young Professional Awards.
