At Realm, we understand that the legal recruitment and jobs market has been significantly affected by COVID-19. Last year we undertook a survey of lawyers to better understand the changes that would lie ahead of the pandemic and how they would affect employee engagement, attraction and retention. 

Following the success of our 2020 survey, this summer we decided to repeat our research to see how the things have changed and to help our clients better understand what the future holds in the post-pandemic jobs market.
