We will never ignore you or take an unduly long amount of time to respond to your queries; in fact, we’ll make sure we keep you well updated, even if there’s little more to update you on than that ‘there’s no news yet’.  

Offer consultative advice  

We will use our expertise to guide you through the recruitment process, provide insight as to market conditions, and do our utmost to steer you through the inevitably difficult parts of the recruitment process, offering options wherever possible.  

Never poach your staff 

We rely heavily on our database of well-engaged individuals, which is always growing, but one way we grow it and service our clients’ needs is through headhunting. By headhunting, we mean phoning people on their work phone or sending them a LinkedIn InMail. We are committed to never headhunting the staff of clients with whom we have agreed terms and a working relationship. 

Be compliant with GDPR 

We speak to all of our candidates before submitting their CV to a law firm so they have full disclosure of whereabouts it is going, removing the risk of GDPR non-compliance. We will never send you the CVs or personal data of any of the individuals we work with unless they have given us their express consent to do so.  

Address complaints diligently 

We will take complaints seriously, by investigating them thoroughly and acting swiftly.
