A top 45 law firm is looking for a Casualty Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE to join their Legal 500 and Chambers recognised team in Liverpool. 

In this role, you will manage a caseload of non-litigated and litigated claims including defending PL and EL claims for public sector clients

The ideal candidate 

  • A motivated Casualty Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE 

  • Experience of defending litigated claims is preferable but not essential 

  • Will have a willingness to present cases in court 

  • Will have excellent knowledge of the CPR and litigation 

  • May have the ability to influence a broad range of people including key decision makers 

  • Will have a flexible approach and very good time management and organisation skills
