A firm is inviting a qualified Casualty Solicitor with 4 years PQE to bolster their Casualty Team in the heart of Manchester.

As a key player in the specialised Casualty Fraud team, you will manage a challenging and varied caseload of both fast-track and multi-track claims. You will navigate intricate liability investigations, engage with a vast clientele, and benefit from internal systems designed for fraud detection.
To thrive in this role, you will need a current practice in managing defendant EL/PL casualty claims. Your portfolio should display your expertise in fraud claims, along with your dynamic approach to claims validation.
