A highly respected Bolton-based law firm specialising in serious injury law seeks a self-sufficient Catastrophic Injury Solicitor with 6+ PQE to join their team. With streamlined operations focusing on catastrophic personal injury work, the firm has proven to be very stable and offers an unmatched sense of job security.
In exchange for your efforts, you will receive a competitive salary, coupled with the opportunity to handle high-quality serious injury work. You will also be a part of a friendly team working within a supportive atmosphere, and enjoy a good degree of autonomy without the burden of micromanagement.
As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor within this firm, your role will be significant, handling around 60 files without assistance, and managing cases from inception to completion. You will have the freedom to focus purely on the quality of your work, with a gradual introduction of targets expected next year.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have a minimum of 6 PQE, and the ability to handle cases independently. You need not worry yourself with business development or managerial tasks and should ideally come from a background where handling an entire file independently is the norm.
