One of the country’s most well-renowned Court of Protection and Private Client specialists are looking for a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join their Expert Witness team.
In this role, you will be working within the firm’s Litigation Support/ Expert Witness team and will proactively assist with expert witness statements in catastrophic injury cases.
The firm are very flexible in their approach and are open to considering candidates who would like to work fully remotely.

The ideal candidate
A proactive Catastrophic Injury Solicitor or Court of Protection Solicitor with 2+ PQE
Will have a background in working with individuals and families who have suffered a catastrophic injury such as serious brain injury or spinal injury
Will have experience of assisting with the drafting of expert witness statements for multi-track cases
Someone with an empathetic, personable, calm and caring nature and excellent client care and communication skills
Will be well-organised and be able to manage their time well
