Your role will be to help to grow the childcare law offering further; dealing with complex care proceedings on behalf of children, parents and other family members. In return, the firm offers a fantastic work-life balance and the chance to grow and develop further; this a great opportunity for someone who would like to work in a large, friendly team without the pressure of having to build up a caseload from scratch. Whilst panel membership would be beneficial, it is by no means essential, meaning that it could be a step up for a childcare solicitor looking for a new challenge.

- You will be part of a large but close-knit childcare team that is the go-to team for any children related matters, including representing children, parents and other relatives and guardians
- Commutable from Manchester, Cheshire, Stockport and High Peak

- Childcare solicitor with 8 PQE+
- Personable and confident/articulate communicator
- Confident undertaking business development/networking
- Comfortable running their own caseload of care matters
- Advocacy experience essential
- Panel membership essential
- Guardian links highly desirable
- Ability to purchase extra holidays
