Clinical Negligence Lawyer – Fully remote – Flexitime – CILEX welcome
The is a rare opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with at least one years experience. The firm welcomes applications from qualified solicitors and CILEX alike.
The firm is based in Warrington and you must be able to attend the office sporadically for meetings (therefore, we would advise that applicants must live within a 50-mile radius of Warrington), but you will be able to work from home full-time if you wish to.
You will also be able to work under the firm’s fantastic flexitime policy, supporting your personal commitments and any caregiving responsibilities you may have.
You will be responsible for running a caseload of about 50-60 clinical negligence claims, setting out the ‘roadmap’ of case direction and advising on medical and legal issues. You will also advise on tactics in relation on litigation, applications (including, but not limited, to PAD applications) and commercial settlements.
The firm has multiple accreditations, including Investors in People and Lexcel, and has been recognised in the Legal 500.
