In this Clinical Negligence Paralegal role, you’ll join a Legal 500 and Chambers recognised national law firm at their offices in Manchester city centre.
In this role, you will be supporting solicitors in a wide range of Clinical Negligence work. Your role will involve assisting in case-based tasks including obtaining informal expert opinions to assess the viability of cases and carrying out administrative tasks as necessary eg. maintenance of databases, recording time accurately, etc.

The ideal candidate
A technically strong Clinical Negligence Paralegal
Must have a minimum of 12 months experience within Clinical Negligence work
The ability to undertake the appropriate research and to “work up” potential clinical negligence cases and to help to assess their viability.
The ability to sort and paginate medical records and to prepare chronologies and reviews to help identify the issues in relation to clinical negligence cases in terms of breach of duty, causation and quantum.
