A national award-winning personal injury, trade union and employment rights firm are looking to take on an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team as a supervisor. 

In this role, you’ll lead on a varied caseload of high-value and complex clinical negligence cases with assistance from junior colleagues. As supervisor, you will allocate and oversee the work of other lawyers within the team and monitor the performance of the department. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor already working in a supervisory role or an experienced fee-earner looking to move into this kind of position.  

Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Supervisor) – Manchester

  • In addition to leading on a complex caseload, you will oversee the work of more junior lawyers and will drive and motivate the team to meet financial and operational targets

The ideal candidate 

  • A compassionate Clinical Negligence Solicitor or FILEX with 8+ years PQE 

  • Will have significant experience in litigating high-value clinical negligence claims including birth injuries and child brain injuries 

  • Will be empathetic and have exceptional client care and communication skills 

  • Will have experience in supervising, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues 

  • Will enjoy working in a busy team
