A national award-winning firm are looking to take on a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their top tier Legal 500 team in Manchester. 

In this role, you will be working on multi-track Clinical Negligence cases of all types and you will be expected to conduct and manage all aspects of your caseload, including taking appropriate daily decisions involving considerable exercise of judgment, subject to supervision.

The ideal candidate 

  • A Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive or Fee earner with 3+ years’ PQE 

  • Must have clinical negligence experience 

  • Will have a sound theoretical knowledge of the work and an ability to conduct cases from beginning to end. 

  • Will have considerable litigation experience usually gained over 2 years of working handling a relevant caseload. 

  • Will be empathetic with exceptional client care and communication skills 

  • Will be very well-organised and have meticulous attention to detail
