A dynamic multi service law firm in St Helens is looking to take on a Clinical Negligence Solicitor.
In this role you will be dealing with fast track/multi track claims, clinical negligence, EL, PL and RTA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work flexibly as part of a friendly and close-knit team.

The ideal candidate
A Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE or Legal Executive or Fee Earner with similair experience
Must have experience of clinical negligence and personal injury litigation
Experience of dealing with fast track/multi track claims, clinical negligence, EL, PL and RTA.
Housing disrepair and landlord & tenant disputes preferred not essential
Capable of running and managing a large case load
As a fee earner, capable of achieving billing targets
Experience of using Proclaim, case management system
