Commercial Litigation Associate 3-5 PQE – Top pay – Progression opportunity

Our client, an international, top-ranked firm, is looking for a commercial litigation solicitor with around 3-5 PQE to join its successful disputes team.

You will have experience in commercial litigation, professional negligence OR property litigation, as the role will involve acting on behalf of legal expense insurers and their insureds on high-volume and wide-ranging commercial and civil disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, real estate litigation, boundary disputes, and consumer rights for personal and commercial clients.
