A full-service, leading Yorkshire law firm is recruiting for several Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitors to join its high-growth, market leading team in Leeds.  

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress here, as the litigation team is sizeable (around 20 lawyers) with a clear progression framework, and robust track record and growth strategy. The firm truly believes in recognising and rewarding performance and, to demonstrate this, has recently promoted a dozen team members and welcomed several existing partners to its senior board at equity level. 

The litigation team has been successful in attracting very high-calibre lawyers in recent years, so you’ll work alongside nationally renowned experts as you continue to develop your expertise and commercial skillset.  

You’ll be able to work from home three days per week, which is above market-average in terms of flexibility, spending the rest of your week at the firm’s high-spec offices in central Leeds. 

In the role, you’ll advise on a wide range of high-value, complex commercial dispute matters, including civil and commercial disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, arbitration and adjudications for a client base of owner-managed businesses.  

You’ll enjoy an interesting caseload here and be able to develop new areas of specialism, as the firm is constantly innovating to attract work from high-growth, specialist sectors such as entertainment and leisure.
