We are partnering with our client on this stellar opportunity for a senior associate with at least six years’ experience of advising on real estate matters to step up to a Junior Real Estate Partner role, or for an existing commerical property partner to move to a growing firm with a diversified and secure portfolio of real estate work.

The role brings an unblocked career path and there is the potential for equity opportunities further down the line.

The firm also offers its team great flexibility, with the ability to work from home for up to three days per week and to choose when to start and end your day in order to avoid rush hour. (There’s free parking and a car washing service too!)

You’ll join a national property team looking to replicate the success they have had in other regions within the North West. The firm is forecasting 25% growth in the next 12 months, so this is a great time to join.

You’ll be advising an established and varied client base made up largely of owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs, in addition to property developers and franchise owners, such as those for hospitality and leisure brands such as Malmaison and Costa Coffee. The spread of clients is diverse and the firm has worked hard to generate a strong pipeline and secure caseload for years to come.

The ideal candidate will either have a small following or a willingness to support their colleagues in developing business and will be excited by the opportunity of growing a team around them. The firm has a down-to-earth approach and are looking for someone technically strong that can also deliver advice to clients in a straight-forward, no-nonsense manner.
