This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Lawyer (NQ-4 PQE) to join a firm that invests in its people and provides immediate exposure to high-quality work. You’ll work closely with a well-connected, entrepreneurial partner who enjoys mentoring ambitious lawyers.
The role covers a broad range of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases, planning, development, and finance work. Clients include SMEs, developers, investors, and portfolio managers, providing a dynamic and varied workload.
Who We’re Looking For
- Essential: NQ-4 PQE with a strong background in Commercial Property.
- Essential: Solid training contract with exposure to commercial property matters.
- Desirable: Business development experience or a proactive approach to client relationships.
- Essential: Ambitious, keen to learn from a highly experienced mentor, and motivated to progress quickly.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000-£55,000, dependent on experience.
