Based in their office in Leeds, you’ll work closely with partners recommended in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and involved in a range of contentious construction work.

In this role, you’ll act on behalf of a variety of clients, from small businesses to multi-national listed companies, including a variety of homebuilders from across the country
The disputes you’ll be involved with will involve disputes with landowners over price, overage and other provisions under the sale agreement, disputes with contractors and professional services firms and disputes with housing associations
Commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Harrogate

Will have a background in contentious construction work, representing corporate clients in major and multi-party disputes
Will be well organised and have a keen eye for detail
