  • Tier 1 Legal 500 team – these opportunities don’t come up very often in this niche market

A highly regarded national law firm is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 1+ PQE to join its Tier 1 Legal 500 team as an Associate or Senior Associate.

With contentious probate being a relatively small market in the North West, opportunities to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 team don’t come up very often – so make sure you don’t miss out.

This represents a fantastic progression opportunity for a solicitor or associate looking to make a step up, with all the additional profile this brings.

You will add further clout to an already exceptional team of five experts, managing your own caseload and supporting the senior Partners in the team with cases of the highest value – which will support the development of your technical and commercial skillset.

You’ll work directly for two Legal 500 ranked partners and be supported in adding your own name to the roster for Rising Stars.

The right person will have significant experience of Contentious Probate work, be comfortable building relationships and have full working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.

This Top 100 firm is accredited by Investors in People and has been named as one of The Sunday Times’ Best Companies to Work For – and it’s easy to see why.

Team members get a minimum of 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year and an additional two days per year to do charitable work.

The firm has an active social calendar, including regular team and firmwide events, and sports clubs, so you’ll get to know your new colleagues and feel part of the team quickly.
