A highly respected national law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to head up their contentious probate team in Bristol. Alongside handling your own caseload, you will lead the department, grow and develop the team and supervise junior colleagues.
This role is primarily home-based, but you will be expected to attend the office once or twice a week. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor who would like to take their next step in their career and lead a team while maintaining the healthy work-life balance they have enjoyed during lockdown.

A Contentious Probate Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
Will have commercial acumen and good technical ability
Ideally, you will be ACTAPS qualified or happy to work towards obtaining the ACTAPs qualification
Will have contacts in the local market and some following of work
Will have experience supervising and managing a team
A confident communicator who is comfortable undertaking business development activity and networking
