In this role, you’ll handle a varied caseload involving all aspects of probate and trust litigation as well as Court of Protection-related mental capacity disputes.

A Contentious Probate Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
Will be ACTAPs qualified or interested in undertaking the ACTAPS course
Will have excellent client care skills
