Contentious Probate Solicitor - Cheshire
You will be responsible for a varied contentious probate caseload involving disputes between beneficiaries and executors, claims relating the disputes regarding jointly and solely owned property and Inheritance Act claims
You will also have the opportunity to grow the contentious probate department as the firm modernises and broadens its client base
The firm are known for their down-to-earth and trusting culture without an emphasis on billing targets
