A well-regarded North West firm is looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join their team in Manchester city centre.  

Working as part of a supportive specialist team, you will assist on a range conveyancing tasks

Conveyancing Executive – Manchester
The company & role

  • In this role, you will be identifying and obtaining missing documentation from a review of a file dealing with sale enquiries, obtaining redemption statements, preparing Draft Completion Statements and arrange completions, undertaking relevant searches and preparing Search reports, drafting Transfer Deeds and preparing Mortgage Reports amongst other things 
  • The firm are strong believers in having a healthy work-life balance and offer a great deal of flexibility to their lawyers 
  • Commutable from Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire

The ideal candidate 

  • A Conveyancing Executive with at least 2 years experience  
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing own volume property caseload from instruction to completion and registration 
  • Experience of sales, purchase, freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered property 
  • Adept at checking freehold and leasehold titles 
  • Ability to raise, check and respond to additional enquiries 
  • Signing off AML checks and Customer Due Diligence 
  • Working knowledge of the CQS Protocol, Conveyancing Association Protocol, Lender’s Handbook, & BSA Handbooks
