A top 150 award-winning law firm with a fantastic reputation is looking for a corporate solicitor to join them. In this role, you will handle a mixed caseload of transactional corporate cases and non-contentious insolvency cases on behalf of small to medium-sized enterprises both locally and nationally.
You will be based in the firm’s Wigan office, but to begin with, will work at home until government restrictions are lifted. You will then be able to decide whether and how you’d like split your time between the two.
This is a rewarding role for a corporate solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE who would like to do away with the daily commute into the city centre and be part of a close-knit team doing good-quality work.

Working as part of the firm’s commercial team, you’ll be responsible for a variety of transactional corporate cases and non-contentious cases.
You’ll also handle mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and work on shareholder agreements and other commercial documents such as a joint venture agreements and trade agreements.
The firm invests heavily in training and development, so this is an excellent opportunity if you would like to progress your career. There have been several success stories where solicitors originally joined the firm as administration assistants
