A leading Manchester law firm is looking for a Fee Earner with 1-4 years experience to join their specialist Court of Protection team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in another area of the law, such as personal injury, who would like to retrain in to Court of Protection.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of clients’ property and affairs, managing their assets and ensuring that you act within their best interests at all times. You will also be required to assist more senior Deputies on higher value matters.
The firm is very flexible in their approach and having seen the majority of their team working successfully from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, will continue to offer home-working to their lawyers going forwards.

A Fee Earner (Grade C) or Legal Executive with 1-4 years experience
