A national costs specialist is looking for a Court of Protection Lawyer (solicitor/legal executive/paralegal) with 1+ years’ experience to join growing team on a fully remote basis.
This role offers ultimate flexibility, as not only will you be able to work from home for your whole working week, but you’ll also benefit from flexitime. While this role is home-based, you will need to attend the firm’s Northern office once every 4-6 weeks.
The firm is very focussed on helping its team reach their professional and financial goals, offering pay reviews and bonuses every six months. Its bonus scheme is very generous at 20-30% of what you bill over target. You can also gain access to funding for the ALCD qualification if you so desire.
You will have achievable targets, which are based on only four days’ work for full time fee earners and start off even lower for new starters, graduating up slowly.
The firm is in growth mode, having grown by 20% this year and picking up an additional 25 new files per month in Court of Protection Costs.
In the role, you’ll manage a caseload largely consisting of financial deputyships, with a small number of health and welfare files.
