A leading Yorkshire firm are looking to take on a Court of Protection Legal Executive. You’ll handle a range of Court of Protection matters involving deputyships and acting for attorneys and have the opportunity to help generate further work and promote the team.

You'll be able to choose how often you'd like to work at home or in the office, so this is the perfect position if you are looking for a job that allows you to fit your work around your other commitments. If you would like to reduce your hours, the firm are also open to considering part-time for this position.

You will handle an interesting Court of Protection caseload on behalf of individuals who have lost capacity following a birth injury or accident and have received personal injury or clinical negligence damages and those living with dementia and other illnesses
