A reputable and specialist law firm based in Sheffield is looking to add an experienced Court of Protection Senior Associate to their dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of one of the largest Court of Protection teams in the country.

As the Court of Protection Senior Associate, you’ll have high-level accountability and be heavily involved in business development and client work. Above all, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference to vulnerable clients, while driving the practice forward.

To excel in this role, you’ll need at least five years of experience in Property & Finance Court of Protection work. Impressive skills in leadership, business development and client work are mandatory. You’ll also be expected to have a keen commercial awareness, an understanding of litigation processes alongside Court of Protection work and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
