A down-to-earth multi-service law firm are looking to take on a Court of Protection Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of professional and lay deputyship clients from application to dealing with the administration of the Deputyship. This will include taking appropriate decisions involving exercise of judgement.
The firm expect their lawyers to work hard, but have cultivated a friendly and supportive working environment in order to help them do just that. They also offer comprehensive training and development opportunities and pay very well.

In this role, you will provide advice regarding the Court of Protection to union clients via the free legal advice service as well as liaising with case managers, carers, clients and their families

A Court of Protection Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
Will have good theoretical knowledge of the work, strong organisational skills and be a confident communicator with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Will have a “can do” attitude with an ability to work proactively.
Will have excellent client care and communication skills
