Defendant RTA Fee Earner – Market leader – Three days from home – ILEX welcome

Our client, a market leading law firm, is looking for a Defendant RTA Fee Earner to join its successful team in Manchester city centre, working from home three days per week.

You’ll handle a varied caseload of up to 65 Defendant RTA claims files at a time, dealing with all procedural aspects, from issue through to trial. You’ll draft all pleadings and assess personal injury using the JC Guidelines and case law and negotiate settlements where appropriate.

The right candidate will have experience of handling RTA matters. The firm welcomes qualified solicitors, non-qualified fee earners/ those studying for ILEX, etc.
