In your role as an EL/PL Fee Earner, you can look forward to running your own caseload of fast-track files.

You should have at least 1 year of PQE and the capability to manage your workload efficiently. Proficiency in handling your own caseload of fast-track EL/PL cases, liaising with referrers, insurers, and clients, conducting litigation work, advising clients, etc. is expected from the right candidate.
