An award-winning law firm is looking for a Family Solicitor specialising in children’s cases to join its close-knit team, based in either York, Leeds or Harrogate.
The sky is the limit with this role, as there is an immediate opportunity to progress into a more senior role, helping to grow the children team and head up this specialism.
The Head of Family is an award-winning family expert, and you’ll have their support in making the leap to partnership and beyond.

In the role, you’ll handle a mixed caseload of children matters. You will be able to handle private children, care and child protection cases confidently and understand legal aid.
There is a growing caseload of work with lots of inbound cases – the firm is currently turning down work and they are looking for someone to jump in and make an impact.
You’ll join a team consisting of a partner, two solicitors, a trainee, two paralegals and secretaries, who describe their employer as “a forward-thinking, modern firm” and “the best place they have ever worked”, with a “supportive management team.”
