  • Join a high-performing, supportive family team that actively invests in career progression—every partner and team leader started here as a trainee.
  • Earn a top-of-market as an NQ, with a generous bonus scheme of up to £6k per month.
  • Work in a firm with a low staff turnover, a strong cultural fit ethos, and a well-structured support network.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established family law team within a firm that values progression, collaboration, and work-life balance. With a team-first culture, this firm has an outstanding track record of developing its own people—all of its partners and team leaders began as trainees and worked their way up.

You’ll be stepping into a role with a steady stream of private family work. There’s no BD required, and you’ll have the chance to build your caseload over time, with ongoing support from a highly experienced team, weekly supervision, and access to a strong secretarial and PA network.

This firm offers a rewarding and structured career pathway for lawyers who want to grow in a high-performing yet supportive environment.
