Family Senior Associate 3+ PQE – Fantastic promotion opportunity – Progression to director

A highly regarded, full-service regional practice is looking for a Family Solicitor with at least three years’ PQE to join them as a Senior Associate at their office in Lichfield, Staffordshire.  

The firm is willing to bring this person in at Senior Associate level, as they will play an instrumental part in helping to grow their family practice across the West Midlands.  

The role would suit a solicitor- or associate-level family specialist looking for a step up or concerned their path is being blocked within their current firm. For those looking to take their career all the way to the top, there is also the future possibility of you becoming a director within the business and taking a share of the profits. 

You will handle a caseload of HNW private family work, with a focus on divorce and finance, as the family team enjoys a steady flow of work from other departments in the firm and acts primarily for the directors of businesses handled by the firm’s commercial practice areas.  

There is also a flow of work coming from inbound enquiries, but a willingness to help build out the department’s caseload by supporting with business development is required (although you won’t need a following or existing referrer relationships to be considered for the role).  

There is free parking on-site, making the role easily commutable from Lichfield, Cannock, Tamworth, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Birmingham, Telford, Shrewsbury, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Coventry, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Derby and surrounds.
