Family Solicitor 1-3 PQE – Four days working from home – Diverse board – Wellbeing focus
A highly respected, full-service firm with a long heritage in Greater Manchester is looking to take on a Family Solicitor with around 1-3 PQE to join its team in Bolton.
The role has become available due to the volume of inbound work into the team, which has grown by two solicitors this year already.
You’ll enjoy amazing flexibility, as you’ll be able to work from home four days per week.
You will join a friendly and supportive team with excellent billings and an incredibly low staff turnover; and it’s no wonder – the firm is committed to supporting the wellbeing of its team members, offering a duvet day and your birthday off each year.
You’ll have get a coaching and mentoring plan on joining the firm, in order to support your development up the career ladder.
Over 40% of its board are female, and a quarter of board members are family law specialists.
You’ll enjoy a high-quality mixed caseload, including divorce and finances, private children, care and legal aid.
The role is easily commutable from Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Manchester, Blackburn and Wigan, and there’s free parking available.
