A high-profile, rapidly expanding legal group is recruiting for a litigation solicitor with 3+ PQE and experience in financial cases to join a Legal 500 firm at their Manchester office and move into a head of team role in the coming years.
The current head of team will be retiring in the mid-term and therefore the role provides the rare opportunity to take a fully supported step up once you’ve got your feet under the table, managing a small team of fee earners.
This role would therefore suit an asset finance litigator looking for fast progression. You don’t need to bring a following, but a willingness to build relationships within the existing client base and with new clients is needed.
You’ll also be able to work from home two days a week and benefit from the firm’s attractive bonus scheme.
The right candidate will have experience of finance litigation, preferably to include interim applications for delivery up of assets, freezing orders, insolvency procedures and debt recovery, and be able to manage a varied caseload of fast- and multi-track cases.
The firm is a market leader in finance litigation and has won multiple awards for its work in this sector.
