In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 2 solicitors and 2 paralegals. This comes with the expectation to not only manage your team and handle your own caseload, but also to take on the challenge of generating new work and ideally, developing contacts within the industry.
If you aspire for a partnership role from the outset, you would need to have an existing following of work, such as deputyships in your own name. Strong leadership abilities are a must for this role and you should have a credible reputation in the market.
