A growing, employee-focussed law firm based in Cheshire, is looking for a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner with at least two years’ experience to join its friendly team.   

The firm offers highly competitive pay and bonuses, and you’ll also benefit from unrivalled flexibility, as you’ll be able to work from home for four days per week, plus flexitime! You’ll also enjoy an early finish on Friday and a generous basic holiday allowance of 25 days per year.  

The firm is highly employee-focussed and operates one of the best bonus and incentive schemes we’ve heard of, where team members receive a monthly 10% bonus of anything they bill over target, plus an additional half-day holiday on hitting target (giving you the opportunity to earn an additional six days of holiday per year).
