A highly respected Cheshire-based law firm is looking for an experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join their dedicated team. Renowned for their commitment to providing excellent legal advice, this firm stands out for creating a friendly, close-knit team culture focused on client service.

Serving as a key member of a team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality legal service for clients with housing disrepair claims. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as collectively are vital for success in this position.

Your key role will see you managing a caseload of claims, reviewing reports from surveyors, and effectively taking action upon court directions. You should ideally have 1+ PQE or equivalent levels of experience and knowledge.
