Housing Disrepair Paralegal
- Potential for a training contract
- Two days from home
- Amazing monthly bonus scheme
A growing, employee-focussed law firm is looking for a housing disrepair paralegal with at least 12 months’ experience in housing or property litigation to join its friendly team in Cheshire.
The firm offers highly competitive pay and bonuses, and you’ll also benefit from great flexibility too, as you’ll be able to work from home for two days per week. The role comes with the opportunity for a training contract too!
The firm is highly employee-focussed and operates one of the best bonus and incentive schemes we’ve heard of, where team members receive a monthly 10% bonus of anything they bill over target, plus an additional half-day holiday on hitting target (giving you the opportunity to earn an additional six days of holiday per year).
In addition to this, the firm offers monthly team and individual incentives, including vouchers for top settler and team meals out, giving you the opportunity to boost your income further.
In the role, you will work within an established and expanding housing disrepair team on a small caseload of pre-litigated housing disrepair matters and assist more experienced litigators with their caseloads.
This is a truly unique learning and development opportunity, not to be missed.
