IT Manager

In this I.T Manager role, you will join a progressive personal injury firm in South Manchester. You will manage the firm's I.T systems, strategy and policies and supervise a small team. You will also be involved in managing the firm's use of Proclaim.

Based in one of Greater Manchester’s most popular market towns with offices close to local transport links, the firm has an excellent location. IT Manager - South Manchester

The company & role 

• A specialist personal injury and clinical negligence firm with a solid strategy in place for future growth 

• Your responsibilities will be varied and will include: maintaining infrastructure and hardware, software solutions and backup, ensuring GDPR compliance, procuring and managing third-party contracts (including Proclaim, printers/scanners, phones & I.T support), training users and supervising the I.T and digital marketing teams 

• The firm has a vibrant team culture and an active calendar of social events 

• It also has multiple professional accreditations and strong links to the brain injury charity, Headway UK 

• Commutable from Manchester, Altrincham, Warrington, Knutsford and Wilmslow

The ideal candidate 

• An IT Manager with at least 2 years’ experience working in a law firm or regulatory environment 

• Must have Proclaim/ case management experience 

• Will have experience managing a small team 

• Will be a personable and articulate communicator
