A top 150 national law firm are looking for a Landlord & Tenant Dispute Solicitor to join their award-winning property team in Wigan. In this role, you will work as part of a specialist team of litigator and will be responsible for your own caseload of residential and tenant work.
This position will be home-based initially, but will later be based in the firm’s Wigan office once the government restrictions are lifted (although you will still have the option to work from home for part of the week).

You will handle your own property litigation caseload involving residential evictions, notice preparation, County Court proceedings and rent arrears recovery

An NQ Solicitor or a Landlord & Tenant Dispute Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-2 years’ PQE

Must have experience working on residential landlord and tenant disputes or have experience of dealing with residential or commercial property disputes

Will be used to using a case management system
