Legal Costs Draftsperson – Hybrid working
Our client, an award-winning market leader in clinical negligence and personal injury, is looking for a legal costs draftsperson with at least three years’ experience to join its large and established costs department at its offices in South Manchester (within the M60).
The role comes with excellent career prospects as part of a large, growing department (including a training contract or support through the ACL qualification, if desired) and the chance to work from home for 50% of your week (on a 3/2 fortnightly rota).
You will be supporting senior case handlers with their drafting requirements, which will include budget work. You’ll be working on interesting, higher value, complex cases, which will really help build your experience.
The right candidate will have experience in a similar role and know how to prepare bills and supplementary documents for Detailed Assessment and draft budgets.
The firm is well-established, financially stable and has just announced its best-ever financial results to date with turnover up by 14%. In 2021, the firm was one of only 12 UK Top 100-200 law firms to grow by more than 10%.
The firm enjoys fantastic Legal 500 rankings and attracts high-quality work from several reputable insurers.
