A well-established, and friendly family-run practice is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join them at their office in Stockport.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll work closely alongside specialist conveyancing, family and private client solicitors to provide administrative support.
This is a fixed-term contract role to cover maternity leave over a period of 8-12 months.

You’ll assist colleagues from various departments with tasks including audio typing, taking telephone calls, managing files and dealing with messages from clients
Commutable from Stockport, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Altrincham and Cheadle

The ideal candidate
A Legal Secretary with experience using a case management system and dictation software
May have experience working within a residential, family or private client team but this isn’t essential
Will have a good telephone manner and be confident taking incoming calls and messages from clients
Will be well organised and have excellent time management skills
Will be committed to providing a high level of customer service
