A highly successful law firm is looking to grow its business support function and is therefore recruiting for several Legal Secretaries to join its friendly team, based at either its Manchester, Birmingham or Nottingham office.  

This is an extremely rare opportunity for a Legal Secretary to work from home three days per week, supporting a great work/life balance and any caregiving responsibilities or personal commitments you may have.

In your day-to-day role, you’ll liaise with clients, manage document production, provide a first point of contact for the team, both internally and externally, liaise with marketing on events and tenders, maintain accurate records, support with file opening and closure, manage diaries, assist in the preparation and collation of internal sector newsletters and briefings, provide social media support, manage the team inbox and website queries, take minutes in meetings and help collate financial reports such as WIP and expenses.   

To be successful in applying for the role, you will need relevant experience from a legal or professional services environment. Law graduates without prior experience in a similar role won’t be considered.
