You’ll be handling a caseload of 100-125 files, mostly fast-track claims with some multi-track work, in a supportive team that values collaboration and career development. The firm has a clear progression pathway and a strong track record of nurturing talent.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a litigation executive with:
- Experience managing EL/PL caseloads (fast-track and some multi-track).
- A proactive and organised approach to handling volume litigation.
- Strong technical and negotiation skills.
- A down-to-earth personality that fits with the firm’s non-corporate culture.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to £40,000.
- Bonus scheme – negotiable percentage over target.

- Flexible hybrid working – two days from home (increasing to three from May).
