Litigation Partner – Progression opportunity – Hybrid working

We are partnering exclusively with this impressive, modern legal group on recruiting for a Litigation Partner to join its Manchester City Centre-based team.

You will join a reputable partnership of 18 highly commercial and experienced lawyers, many of whom have joined from top tier international firms.

You will benefit from a market-leading salary, an extremely generous bonus scheme and an established hybrid working policy – as a Partner, you will be able to work from home for up to four days a week (but be available for client meetings and take a proactive approach to the development of junior members of the litigation team).  

The right person for the role will already be in an advanced senior associate or partner-level position and will be able to bring (at least) a small following of clients and/or referral partners. As a non-traditional, progressive firm with a strong sense of who it is and where it is going, it is very important that you can form strong human connections with colleagues and clients alike. 

You will be experienced in advising on commercial and/or property litigation cases for a variety of businesses and HNW individuals and be able to guide the team as it diversifies its current service offering of shareholder/partnership disputes, directors’ duties, prof neg, technology, reputation protection and banking/finance litigation.
