This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive to join a highly respected military injury claims team. The work is both complex and rewarding, covering a range of cases from post-traumatic stress disorder to military brain injuries, training accidents, and aviation incidents.

You’ll be joining a firm that is passionate about securing the best possible outcomes for its clients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Business development is a key part of this role, and you will be encouraged to build strong relationships, grow your network, and contribute to the firm’s charitable partnerships.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor or legal executive with:

  • Essential: Experience handling personal injury claims (EL/PL/CAT in particular).
  • Essential: A genuine interest in military claims, with a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
  • Desirable: Experience dealing with Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) or Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims.
  • Essential: Excellent client care skills, with experience supporting vulnerable clients.
  • Essential: Strong legal research and case analysis skills.
  • Desirable: Business development experience and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Essential: A collaborative approach and resilience when working on complex, sensitive cases.

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary (c. £42k+, DOE).
  • Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home).
